  • 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 red chili peppers (chopped)

  • Squeezed juice of 1 lemon
  • Organic apple cider vinegar


  1. Take a 350 ml – 500 ml Mason jar.
  2. Add the sliced onion and the chopped garlic.
  3. Add the chili peppers, with the seeds.
  4. Put the ginger on top.
  5. Add the lemon juice.
  6. The apple cider vinegar goes the last.
  7. Leave 1cm of empty space on top of the jar and close the top firmly.
  8. Let it stay in a cold and dark place.

Consume the tonic the following day.
